Extremely accommodating and took care of us on short notice. Walked us step by step, and helped facilitate the process. As first time buyers, helped us understand and execute the administrative requirements in a quick timely manner. Always received responses within the hour if not immediately. Didn't try to put pressure on us to purchase something we didn't like. She was flexible and adapted to our situation and requests. Helped us even on weekends and late evenings. Knows the neighborhoods and provided insight of the areas and its pros and cons. Helped us process a VA loan which isn't as common in the area when most people were hesitant to get involved. Highly recommended!
