As first time buyers, helped us understand and execute the administrative requirements in a quick timely manner. Always received responses within the hour if not immediately. Didn't try to put pressure on us to purchase something we didn't like. She was flexible and adapted to our situation and requests. Helped us even on weekends and late evenings.
