She’ll check every tiny thing in the home you’re considering buying and will ask the seller very detailed questions to make sure the buyer is getting the best home for their needs. This is my second time buying with her and she’s very consistent and efficient. Don’t waste your time with a realtor who’s doing it as a side-gig. She puts a lot of time, energy and effort into what she does and it really shows. My husband and I are very happy with our second purchase with her.
